I’ve always had a fascination with flying as I’ve been lucky to have been flying long haul since the age of 5 (London to New York) and still have a child-like understanding (it’s all just magic) of the elements that go into flying.

I’ve never flown Delta but am grateful that they have, as part of a promotion to track your luggage, created this insight as to what happens to your bag once it goes past the rubber curtain – certainly has helped to create a new mental model for me!
