iTunes market dominance is showing itself in stats just released by Nielsen Netratings. 14% of all Net users hit the various iterations of iTunes around the world as the DMS now stands astride the market with 83% share. That’s 241% traffic rise year on year and more than 20 million people.

An interesting addition to the basic stats is the fact that contrary to the general trend for DMS, iTunes visitors are teenage, read Wired and watch BBC America.
