Still duking it out to try and gain a foothold in the digital music scene, Napster is planning to offer free 7-day trial to its subscription service. Despite an excellent offering, Napster has struggled to convince the British music public that non-ownership is a good model to try.
With personalised radio stations and more than 3 million tracks to try, I can vouch for the service and even the subscription idea but iPod imcompatibility combined with the long story fo subscription means Napster’s still running up the hill backwards at the moment.
