Now on the Piha FM …

Monkey Mike

It’s been an ambition of mine for some time to drive a radio music show and now thanks to the kind folks at Piha FM, ambition has become reality. Last night was the inaugural Monkey Mike Tuesday Night Theme Show, with the theme being The Best Of British. Not THE best but my personal best or favourites, as you can see from the playlist below.

Even as I slept after the show, I was thinking of more I could and would have liked to play but you can only fit so much into 2 hours and I can always come back to the theme. The rules? They’re mine!

It all flew by but thanks to the power of Pinot Noir, it was a blast and I can’t wait for the next show to try out new ideas and play more music.
